Product Information

Nordic Noggin makes handmade wool sauna hats and related products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, pricing and availability are accurate.

Because our products are handmade and wool is a natural material, minor differences in colour, texture, stitching, dimensions and shape may occur. Display settings and lighting may also cause product colours to appear differently on different devices. These reasonable variations are not necessarily defects.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update product information, pricing or availability without prior notice. If an error materially affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer and provide any options required by applicable law.

Sauna Use and Health Disclaimer

Nordic Noggin products are intended to improve comfort by helping insulate the head and hair during ordinary sauna use. They are not medical devices, personal protective equipment or a substitute for responsible sauna practices.

A sauna hat does not prevent dehydration, overheating, heat exhaustion, burns, fainting or other heat-related illness. Customers remain responsible for monitoring the temperature and duration of their sauna sessions, staying appropriately hydrated and leaving the sauna immediately if they feel dizzy, weak, nauseated, confused, unusually tired or otherwise unwell.

Children, pregnant individuals and anyone with cardiovascular conditions, blood-pressure concerns, heat sensitivity, a medical condition or medication that may affect heat tolerance should obtain guidance from a qualified healthcare professional before using a sauna.

Always follow the instructions and safety requirements of the sauna manufacturer or facility. Nordic Noggin is not responsible for injury resulting from misuse, exposure to excessive heat, failure to follow safety instructions or use contrary to medical advice, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

Care and Product Condition

Customers are responsible for reviewing and following any care instructions supplied with a Nordic Noggin product. Improper washing, drying, storage, alteration or use may result in shrinkage, deformation, colour change or other damage.

Normal wear, natural wool variation and damage caused by improper care or use are not manufacturing defects.
