Q: How do I clean my Noggin?

A: After every session, you can rinse your Noggin with water and let it dry in a warm environment. 

Q: Can I put my Noggin in the washing machine? 

A: No! Please avoid putting your Noggin in the washing machine. Please dry clean only. 

Q: What happens if my Noggin starts to fall apart?

A: You can send us an email at admin@nordicnoggin.ca and we will send you a shipping label. We will then fix any stitches and send it right back to you, free of charge. 

Q: What material do you use? 

A: We currently use high quality 100% wool felt. We use variations of 2mm thickness and 3mm thickness for our Noggins as we've found it provides the insulation we were looking for when in the sauna. 

Q: Are your Noggins OEKO-TEX® certified?

A: Yes, all our Noggins are OEKO-TEX® Certified: Meet the human-ecological requirements of the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100.
